How Do I Reset My PowerSchool SIS Password?
Password management in PowerSchool SIS is handled on the Administrator level. To request a password reset, please send an email to support@cortevo.com with the following information:
- Your name and school email address
- The name of your school
- PowerSchool SIS username
Please note – you will be prompted to set a new password during your next login.
When you set your new password it MUST:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
- Contain at least one letter and one number
- Contain at least one special character
Be certain to take note of your new password and update any password manager you may have with your new password.
